Floating fish feed extruder
Large floating fish feed extruder (150kg/h, 260kg/h, 380kg/h, 500kg/h, 1 ton/h, 2ton/h, 3ton per hour)
This fish feed machines can do floating and sinking fish feed.
For floating fish feed, high-grade complete feeds capable of maintaining the health even of exotic species in aquariums over prolonged periods of time. Fish feeds, the floating time in water can be adjusted by the extrusion degree adjustment.
Under the process of high-temperature and high-pressure, materials are completely cooked and sterilized. We can adjust water and temperature, control expanded degree. The finished products can keep at least 3-15 hours floating as completely pellet. You can produce the pellet through changing different dies to fit for different ages fish.
Twin screw extruder is deliberately made for special feed,
Which needs high in-shape rate and good-looking appearance.
It is mainly used for sinking/floating/slow sinking aqua feed
